Through our facilities management businesses in the Middle East we employ over 8,000 people both directly and indirectly through our supply partners.

The customers our businesses provide service to come from a variety of sectors including; oil and gas, residential, corporate, health, education, industrial, hotel and mixed-use developments.

Our customers include Shell, Petroleum Development Oman, Etihad Airways, Emaar, Masdar and Anantara Hotels.

We start with establishing a clear understanding of our customers' requirements and the needs of the people who actually use their buildings.

We then identify the key performance criteria, focusing on driving continuous and innovative improvement such as introducing lower cost methods of ordering supplies, switching to more efficient shift rosters or re-organising maintenance staff into a mobile workforce across different properties.

Working closely with our customers throughout contract life we drive value initiatives which, when brought together, form radical step changes in quality and consistency.

    We ensure our customers make the most effective use of their assets to create lean and environmentally sustainable estates. We undertake a range of activities to drive forward efficiency including service reviews and strategic sourcing, development of business intelligence systems and optimisation of workspace. Our integrated offer includes the development of long term asset plans to maximise returns from the property estate, enhancing value and reducing costs, whilst ensuring that property meets the demands of the business.


  • MEP Services - Building Management and Maintenance
    We ensure that our customers' estates are running as they should be, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining the lifts, lighting, heating and cooling systems inside to ensure people work safely and comfortably. Our technical capabilities include mechanical and electrical, fabric, water, fire and security and we deliver these services through a mix of mobile and dedicated on-site engineers. We specialise in critical environment management and invest heavily in engineering systems that optimise equipment resilience and prevent service failure. Our customers put their trust in us to mitigate downtime and tens of thousands of end users benefit from our ability to keep things running smoothly.

    From parking your car in a convenient space to walking through tidy grounds and noticing how clean the windows are when you approach the building - we know how to make a good first impression.   • Customer Experience
    Using our award-winning approach to customer experience, Carillion's teams engage with the end users of our services and the occupiers of the buildings that we manage our customers - to ensure they get a seamless and great service. We undertake customer satisfaction surveys using our bespoke measurement tool to understand the service provided and how to make improvements. We share the results with all stakeholders keeping everyone informed about the facilities they use and occupy.
